Evan Rachel Wood
Evan Rachel Wood was conceived in Raleigh, North Carolina on September 7th 1987. Her father, Ira David Wood III, is a theatre actor writer and director as is her mother, Sara Wood, is an actor as well as acting coach. There are two older brothers, Dana Wood, a singer, and Ira David Wood IV, who has also acted. Evan and her brothers performed in the Theatre In The Park, Raleigh, where her father is the executive director. At the age of five, she was screen-tested against Kirsten Dunst to play the lead part in Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994) following a lengthy audition process. In 1996, she relocated to Los Angeles along with her brother Ira and mom. She has been a prominent character in television shows film, feature films, and TV movies ever since.
