Big Time Rush is an American pop music boy group that formed in 2009. The group consists of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson. They signed their first contract to Nick Records in 2009 before switching to Columbia Records. The group was on Nickelodeon's television show Big Time Rush. The show aired from November 28th from 2009 to July 25, 2013. The pilot episode included "Big Time Rush", the group's debut promotional single. The group has released three studio albums: BTR in 2010, Elevate in 2011, and 24/Seven , released in 2013. In 2014, the band was on a hiatus that ran until 2021.
